MYWAYORTHEHIWAY injured on track. IMPERIAL VELVET and SUDDEN SURPRISE were stubborn loading. SUKOMOROS was nervous in the stall. The start was delayed due to MYWAYORTHEHIWAY dislodging Jockey Minnie en route to the start, bolting, breaking through the outside running rail, and the Course Veterinary Surgeon having to treat this gelding. Course Medical Officer examined Jockey Minnie and declared him fit to continue riding. Jockey Danielson reported that VIRTUAL EMBLEM was not striding out freely in the running. C VOICES OF KINGS was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. DREAMY FOREST raced with a tongue tie. Vet: BOARDWALK CLASSIC - speedy cut left hind inner pastern. MYWAYORTHEHIWAY - bolted, cut into inner left thigh on running rail, treated. VIRTUAL EMBLEM - checked post race, nothing obvious detected. POLO WARRIOR - cast left fore shoe. Scratched: MYWAYORTHEHIWAY - bolted. SHIMMER AND SHINE - lame left hind.
