The start of this race was delayed due to two sections of the inside running rail having to be put in place in the back straight. BEEWITH MEE was slow into stride. INNATE QUALITY lost 1 length. BEEWITHMEE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. In view of the performances of ETON MESS and CHILLINGHAM, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these geldings. Trainer Howells was questioned regarding BEEWITHMEE's improved performance tonight as compared to this gelding's previous performance on the 23 November 2014. He explained that in his opinion this gelding pulled hard in a slow run race on that occasion and as a result did not run on at the finish. The Board noted this explanation and has adjourned to review BEEWITHMEE's previous run. Vet: ETON MESS - nothing obvious detected. CHILLINGHAM - not striding out right hind. Scratched: TAEGAN'S JET - elevated temperature.
