LAST TIGER, which was restless in the stalls, jumped awkwardly. LE SPINNAKER was slow, losing one length. WATERWAYS was slow, losing two lengths. In view of the performance from FULL STORM, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine the gelding and submit a report. Jockey Neisius reported that CHIEF PILOT did not stride out freely in running. FUNKY MUNKY and DARK AVENGER were hanging out in the latter stages. IMIBALA hanging out shifted away from the crop between the 300m and 150m. SAIL FOR GOLD was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: FULL STORM and CHIEF PILOT - was inspected post race and no significant findings were detected. Scratched: CANADIAN DOLLAR - pharyngitis.
