All the riders that rode in Race 5 appeared before the Board and were advised that a further demonstration of failing to trot their mounts to the start before each race, will result in a charge being laid. GLITTERING DYNASTY was slow into stride. SUPER MARIUS and HEY DUDE were stubborn loading. RAINBOW STAR was stubborn loading and jumped inwards. Trainer Mayhew was advised to re-school this gelding prior to its next engagement. SHAKESPEARIAN jumped awkwardly and slow. RAINBOW STAR was difficult to settle in the early stages and was hanging in from the 600m. BALLI MIRACLE (AUS) was awkwardly placed between HEY DUDE and NETHERBY HALL near the 250m. CONSIDER THE CAT had to steady when awkwardly placed between REGAL FORCE and BALLI MIRACLE (AUS) near the 200m. Jockey Little reported that SUPER MARIUS made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. Jockey David reported that he felt something amiss with GLITTERING DYNASTY in running. Jockey Maujean reported that SHAKESPEARIAN did not stride out freely in running. Jockey Marwing was charged with a contravention in that he rode the horse REGAL FORCE in an unprofessional manner by dropping his crop at approximately the 50m. Jockey Marwing signed an Admission of Guilt and a penalty of a Warning was imposed. An inquiry will be opened into the riding of NETHERBY HALL by Jockey Yeo in the concluding stages. PYRAMUS was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. CONSIDER THE CAT is a gelding, incorrectly carded. Vet: SUPER MARIUS - no respiratory noise detected post race, not striding out left front. GLITTERING DYNASTY - examined post race, no significant findings. SHAKESPEARIAN - coughing.
