DONATO cast the left fore shoe on the way to the start, which the farrier replaced causing a slight delay. RAVISHING LAD stood, losing five lengths. Trainer Stewart will be advised to have this gelding re-schooled before its next engagement. FEEL THE VOLCANO jumped awkwardly outwards, losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. SMART D'ARGENT over-raced in the early stages. FEEL THE VOLCANO was steadied at about the 300m off the heels of TRACKMASTER, which rolled out slightly. DONATO was switched inwards to continue its run approaching the 200m. PACIFIC CORAL was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: TRACKMASTER - returned making an abnormal respiratory noise. SMART D'ARGENT - returned with a mouth injury.
