SLICK DEPUTY was slow into stride. ELECTRIC ELEKTRA jumped inwards at the start. Apprentice Munger reported that ELECTRIC ELEKTRA took no interest in running. SLICK DEPUTY was hanging in, in the closing stages. Jockey Zechner reported that he felt something amiss with this filly in running. Jockey Aucharuz reported that SOPHIA GRACE made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. TWILIGHT TIGER was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. LIZZIE'S LEGS raced equipped with alumites in front and steels behind. Vet: ELECTRIC ELEKTRA - not striding out right front and abnormal respiratory noise. DANIELLE - abnormal respiratory noise. SLICK DEPUTY - examined post race, no significant findings. SOPHIA GRACE - abnormal respiratory noise and coughing. Scratched: MISTY WINTER - insufficient recovery time. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure.
