Jockey Mansour (ill) and Jockey Marwing (pulled neck muscle) did not ride at today's race meeting. They were replaced on their mounts. The start of this Race was delayed due to DRUMMER BOY proving difficult to load. DRUMMER BOY was difficult to load. The starting stalls certificate for this colt has been withdrawn until recertified tractable on a race day with a companion. CREW stood, losing many lengths. The starting stalls certificate for this gelding has been withdrawn until recertified tractable. INTANDOKAZI (AUS) was slow into stride. In view of the performance from OREO, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. DRUMMER BOY was difficult to settle in the early stages. OREO had to steady approaching the 1700m to avoid the heels of TIGER ON THE PROWL, which shifted in when insufficiently clear. Workrider Jonase signed an Admission of Guilt and was suspended from riding in one (1) workriders' race for a contravention in that he, as the rider of TIGER ON THE PROWL, failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to OREO when he shifted inwards at the 1700. Workrider Mazule signed an Admission of Guilt and was suspended from riding in one (1) workriders' race for a contravention, read with Guideline M on the use of the crop, in that he used his crop with excessive frequency whilst riding the horse SEMAPHOR. Workrider Lukhele signed an Admission of Guilt and was suspended from riding in one (1) workriders' race for a contravention, read with Guideline G on the use of the crop, in that he struck the horse WINGATE unnecessarily when it was out of contention for a place. Workrider Matwa signed an Admission of Guilt and was suspended from riding in one (1) workriders' race for a contravention, read with Guideline G on the use of the crop, in that he struck the horse DRUMMER BOY unnecessarily when it was out of contention for a place. INTANDOKAZI (AUS) was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. SEMAPHOR raced Club Colours. WINGATE raced equipped with pacifiers. WINGATE raced in Club Colours with the Stewards permission. Vet: OREO - examined post race, no significant findings. Scratched: CEDAR WOOD - ineligible, winner 12 February 2015.
