SHAYNA was stubborn loading. The starting stalls certificate for this filly has been withdrawn until recertified tractable. ZRINSKI lost 1 length. Jockey van der Merwe applied for and was granted permission to ride MOGGYTWOSHOES with hands and heels as this mare resents the crop. RAGING PRINCESS was difficult to settle in the early stages. SHAYNA was difficult to settle in the early stages and showed a tendency to hang out in the closing stages. Jockey Byleveld reported that FORTITUDE changed stride continually in running. Jockey Danielson reported that BARRACK BABE did not stride out freely in running and as a result did not persevere with his riding from the 200m. ZRINSKI shifted out away from the crop at the 250m and had to be straightened. WITHBATEDBREATH was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: FORTITUDE - not striding out right front. SISTERS OF MERCY - abnormal respiratory noise. BARRACK BABE - examined post race, no significant findings. Trainer Gray was requested to report back.
