BELLICOSITY and AQABA were slow into stride. LIBERTINE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. ALL TRUE MAN shifted out off the heels of VICTORIA'S LOVE at approximately the 500 metre mark, resulting in DREAMY FOREST having to check. Apprentice Godden reported that BELLICOSTY was not striding out freely in running. SOCIETI raced wide throughout. Apprentice Thackeray, the rider of ILANGA, reported that his saddle slipped back in running. Apprentice Balloo, the rider of VICTORIA'S LOVE, accidentally dropped his crop at approximately the 300 metre mark. Apprentice Murray reported that FIRE THE ROCKET faltered at approximately the 300 metre mark. Apprentice Mxothwa signed an Admission of Guilt and was suspended for 7 days for a contravention in that, as the rider of ALL TRUE MAN, he failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to DREAMY FOREST at approximately the 500 metre mark. An Inquiry will be held into Apprentice Thackeray's riding of ILANGA in the latter stages. Vet: BELLICOSITY and FIRE THE ROCKET - nothing obvious detected. ILANGA - coughing post race.
