WEEKEND SPECIAL lost 1 length. WEEKEND SPECIAL was hanging in from the 400m. MEXICAN GLORY (ARG) was awkwardly placed between RED PLEASE and DALALAAT shortly after the start. Apprentice Murray reported that RAZZLE MY TAZZLE did not stride out freely in running. QAWAASEM (AUS) was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: RAZZLE MY TAZZLE - examined post race, no significant findings. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked and their identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed. Several Jockeys and Apprentices were selected for breathalyser tests and the taking of urine samples for analysis.
