TARTAN LADY, FAIR COLOUR and AZNERAK lost one length. ASUNDER flyjumped leaving the stalls. STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN jumped outwards. Jockey Mansour was charged with a contravention, read with Guideline C on the use of the crop, in that he struck the horse WINTER AL more than three times on consecutive strides in the concluding stages. Jockey Mansour signed an Admission of Guilt and was fiend. Jockey Zechner reported that he felt something amiss with WINTER'S HOPE and did not persevere with his riding in the concluding stages. AZNERAK shifted in away from the crop at the 200m. STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN and WINTER AL were selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: WINTER'S HOPE - examined post race, no significant findings.
