BANDA jumped awkwardly with her head up and thereafter was slow into stride. STAR EXPRESS jumped awkwardly, losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. CZARINA was fractious in the stalls. Trainer Ramsden will be advised to have this filly re-schooled before her next engagement. Trainer Dr Neuland was questioned regarding the improved performance from CAMARA'S PARK today, compared to her previous run on 22 March 2015, over 1400m at Kenilworth, when the filly finished 12.25 lengths behind the winner, Trainer Dr J Neuland told the Stewards that in his opinion the filly had to be raced forward in the early stages in order to obtain a handy position and as a result had tired quickly in the latter stages of the race. The Board reviewed the patrol films and confirmed Trainer Neuland's explanation. The Stewards drew Dr Neuland's attention to the Rules pertaining to inconsistent running, and advised Dr Neuland that CAMARA'S PARK's future performances will be monitored. In view of the performance from GIN FOR GENIUS, which was hanging out in the latter stages, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine the filly and submit a report.
