TURBO TORCH hesitated and thereafter flyjumped, losing five lengths. IN OTHER WORDS was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Apprentice Godden, the rider of BAREGA, accidentally dropped his right side reign at approximately the 50 metre mark which he regained shortly before the finish. PLAYFUL TIME over-raced in the early stages. KINGSVIEW over-raced in the early and middle stages. KINGSVIEW was not persevered with in the latter stages. In view of this, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. Vet: KINGSVIEW - coughing post race. BUUURRN - cut into right hind. Scratched: A P'S DREAM - injured right hind. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at tonight's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at tonight's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure.
