The start of this Race was delayed due to the delay in the previous Race. BINOCHE (S Veale), GROUND CONTROL (*J Jacobs), GOLDEN TRACTOR (C Zackey) and WE LIGHT THE FIRE (S Randolph) lost one length, respectively. MONTREAL MIST (A Mgudlwa) was stubborn and difficult to load. Trainer S Tarry was advised to re-school this filly. GROUND CONTROL (*J Jacobs) over-raced in the early stages. WE LIGHT THE FIRE (S Randolph) was hanging out in the straight, proving difficult to assist. Jockey K de Melo reported that he felt something amiss with AFRICAN WARRIOR (8.40 lengths) in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. CELTIC VOYAGER (W Kennedy), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer G Kotzen advised (SC). GOLDEN TRACTOR raced without a tongue tie (advised 26.06.2020/11h55). MONTREAL MIST was ridden by Jockey A Mgudlwa (advised 28.06.2020/08h55). AFRICAN WARRIOR : Nothing obvious detected.
