SUPA DUPA was slow to jump, losing one length. EBONY SILVER raced in Club Colours. PEGWELL BAY was pulling hard and difficult to settle in the early part of this race. Jockey Kudumba was questioned into his ride on SECOND LIGHT. Jockey Kudumba explained to the Stipendiary Board that at approximately the 300 metre mark his mount took an awkward stride therefore he did not persevere. The Stipendiary Board noted his explanation. The Stipendiary Board explained to Jockey Kudumba that he must make factual reports regarding anything which could affect his mounts performance. GENTLE BROOK was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: PEGWELL PAY and EBONY SILVER - examined post-race due to poor performances and nothing untoward found. Scratched: IRON LADY - bruised heel. FLYING CROSS - Stipendiary Stewards permission due to no transport. SUGAR PRISM - lame right hind. FELAN - sore left stifle. ARROWFIELD - failed to arrive on course.
