EARTH FAIR reared in the stalls, and was slow into stride. Trainer Kannemeyer will be advised to have this colt re-schooled before its next engagement. SCHACHAR and LEAGUE OF LEGENDS, which was restless in the stalls, were reluctant to load causing a slight delay. Trainers Bass and Reeves will be advised to have their geldings re-schooled before their next engagements. EASTERN CHARM was slow into stride. In view of the performances from EARTH FAIR and VALADO, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these colts and submit a report. IMPERIAL DANCER and VALADO were hanging out in the straight. EARTH FAIR raced green. Jockey Morgenrood, the rider of LEAGUE OF LEGENDS, appeared before the Board and was reminded of his obligation to ride his mounts to the finish. SCHACHAR was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: EARTH FAIR and VALADO - inspected post race and no obvious abnormalities were detected. Scratched: HARD DAY'S NIGHT - shin sore.
