The tongue tie on DOWNTON ABBEY had to be refitted at the start causing a slight delay. AUDITORIUM reared in the stalls. Trainer Puller will be advised to have this gelding re-schooled before its next engagement. SERIOUS REBEL jumped awkwardly, losing two lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. Jockey Fayd'Herbe, the rider of ETERNAL LOVE, was charged with a contravention, read with Guideline M, in that he used his crop with excessive frequency in the latter stages. Jockey Fayd'Herbe signed an admission of guilt for the penalty of a Warning. DOWNTON ABBEY was hanging in, in the latter stages. RED REX was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. ETERNAL LOVE raced fitted with a tongue tie. Scratched: PEGASI - Stewards permission, equipment discrepancy.
