RAP ATTACK was very stubborn to load. RAP ATTACK was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. In view of the Starter's report concerning RAP ATTACK, this colt's starting stall certificate is withdrawn until re-passed tractable on a race day with a companion. ARMORIAL and PYGMALION became cramped shortly after the start, resulting in ARMORIAL having to be eased losing position. Thereafter ARMORIAL was pulling hard in the early stages, difficult to restrain. Jockey Kennedy reported that he felt something amiss with EASTER RISING in the final straight. RIO DE LA PLATA was steadied approaching the 1000 metre mark and shifted in slightly, resulting in ROY'S ROLL'S ROYCE (AUS) having to be eased. This resulted in JOSHUA'S ANSWER, who was pulling hard, becoming cramped, clipping the heels of ROY'S ROLL'S ROYCE (AUS) and stumbling. Jockey de Melo, the rider of RIO DE LA PLATA, appeared before the Board with regard to the above incident and was advised to take care to ensure that he is not responsible for causing interference in races in future. The Colours of the Owners of ROY'S WHISTLE should read: white, orange maltese cross, emerald green sleeves, orange cap. Vet: EASTER RISING - nothing obvious detected.
