SEA CAT jumped awkwardly outwards. BLACK KITTEN was slow into stride. EVOKE EMOTION, which was restless in the stalls, jumped awkwardly, losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. Jockey Domeyer reported that he felt something amiss with ELUSIVE STARS in running. Apprentice Carstens reported that BLACK KITTEN made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. CASADESUS (AUS) was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Jockey van Niekerk rode UP IN LIGHTS. This change was made in due time with Stewards permission and the mutual consent of all the connections. Vet: ELUSIVE STARS - returned not striding out behind.
