Jockey's Appie and Greyling did not ride at today's racemeeting (medically indisposed). They were replaced on their mounts. EXCELLA and MYSTIFY ME lost one length. An Inquiry will be opened into why Jockey Strydom and Jockey Sturgeon failed to comply with a reasonable order from an official. Jockey Little was issued with an Admission of Guilt for a contravention in that he failed to comply with a reasonable order from an official. Jockey Sampson reported that NAUGHTY ANSWER made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. Jockey Strydom reported that BUDDY'S FALCON did not stride out freely in running. HOWDYULIKEIT was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. RIVER EMPRESS and ATTRACT THE CROWD raced with a tongue tie on. Vet: BUDDY'S FALCON - examined post race, nothing obvious detected. NAUGHTY ANSWER - no respiratory noise detected post race. Scratched: GOLD RUPEE - heat right front knee.
