Jockey van der Merwe, the rider of CALL KELLY, Jockey Pheiffer, the rider of TEARAWAY, and Jockey Brown, the rider of LAW ENFORCER, appeared before the Board and were advised against the practice of using their crops on horses which are out of contention for a place.
