SUNSET TRIPP jumped outwards. BABY BE MINE, which was restless in the stalls, jumped awkwardly losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. SEVEN GRAND jumped awkwardly inwards losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. Jockey Andrews reported that he felt something amiss with NTOMBE (AUS) in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine the mare and submit a report. Stable Employee Miss Woodruff, acting on behalf of Trainer Woodruff, was requested to report back to the Stipendiary Board on the mare's condition on her return to the stable. FEAR NOT shifted in slightly away from the crop and brushed ELUSIVE STARS at the 150m. BABY BE MINE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: NTOMBE (AUS) - inspected post race and no significant findings were detected. Scratched: ALIYSA'S PRIZE (ARG) - bruised hoof on left fore.
