SWEET SASHA was restless in the stalls. CHERRY BOMB jumped awkwardly outwards with her head in the air and was slow into stride. DAZZLING DANCER was slow into stride. Jockey Neisius reported that he felt something amiss with LOVAR in running and did not persevere with this riding in the latter stages. In view of the performance from CAMARA'S PARK, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine the mare and submit a report. WINTER'S EVE was hanging out from the 250m. RUSH FOR ROSES was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: LOVAR - inspected post race and no obvious abnormalities were detected. CAMARA'S PARK - returned distressed. Scratched: CAPTAIN'S DOVE and GLAMOUR GAL - coughing. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure. Several Jockeys were selected for the taking of breathalyser tests and urine samples for analysis.
