FIRE MASTER flyjumped outwards losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. TELL ME MORE (NZ) was slow losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. In view of the performance from TELL ME MORE (NZ), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine the horse and submit a report. Jockey Fayd'Herbe reported that he felt something amiss with CAPE CUTTER in running. Jockey Cheyne reported that ALBARAKAH did not stride out freely in running. FORWARD DRIVE shifted in approaching the 1000m and carried JOINERS ARMS in. Apprentice May, the rider of FORWARD DRIVE, was charged with a contravention, in that he failed to keep his mount on a straight course parallel to the running rail and relative to his drawn position until a point not less than 200m from the start. Apprentice May signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined. ALBARAKAH was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. CAPE CUTTER is gelding. Vet: CAPE CUTTER - returned making an abnormal respiratory noise and coughing. ALBARAKAH - returned with an overreach wound on the right fore. TELL ME MORE (NZ) - returned making an abnormal respiratory noise. FIRE MASTER - returned making an abnormal respiratory noise.
