SEVEN STEPS and CELTIC REVIVAL were slow into stride. PARTY TIBBS raced in Club Colours. In view of the performance from MERITOCRACY, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine the filly and submit a report. AETHER over-raced in the early stages. PARTY TIBBS was hanging out on the bend and carried FLYING PEG outwards, which resulted in both horses racing wide on the bend. INANNA was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: MERITOCRACY - returned not striding out behind. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure. Several Jockeys and Apprentices were selected for the taking of breathalyser tests and urine samples for analysis.
