Jockey Morgenrood reported that DYNASTY'S PRIDE did not stride out freely behind and he did not persevere with his riding from the 250m. Apprentice Carstens reported that FIRST OF MAY did not stride out freely in running. Jockey Khathi, the rider of ELUSIVE WAVE, appeared before the Board regarding his riding in the early stages of the race and he was advised to give runners on his inside sufficient room when moving across to obtain a position and furthermore he was advised that it was expected of him to set a reasonable pace when at the front of the field. MA CHOIX (AUS) was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: DYNASTY'S PRIDE - returned not striding out behind. FIRST OF MAY - inspected post race and no significant findings were detected.
