MAGIC ICE jumped awkwardly losing three lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. ROXY BABE and RUBY ROCKER were restless in the stalls. Jockey Puller reported that this CASTLEWOOD did not stride out freely in running and changed stride continually, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine the gelding and submit a report. In view of the performances from SPECIAL BOND and POSITION CLOSED, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these horses and submit a report. LA FAVOURARI raced green. RUBY ROCKER was hanging out in the latter stages. IT'S MY TURN was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. FRENCH CAPTAIN raced fitted with alumites in front, and bar shoes behind.
