MOONLIGHT 'N ROSES was slow losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride SUBLIME LADY was carried out slightly leaving the 300m by OCEAN'S SWELL, which was hanging out in the latter stages. The connections of SUBLIME LADY called for a race review, which was followed by Jockey Domeyer lodging an Objection on the grounds of intimidation by the crop and being carried out in the latter stages. The Board after reviewing the patrol films from various angles and having regard to the evidence heard and the distance at the finish, was of the opinion that the result had not been affected and therefore overruled the Objection and allowed the Judges' result to stand. The deposit was refunded. MOONLIGHT 'N ROSES clipped the heels of FRENNI approaching the 1400m, which became awkwardly placed on the heels and to the inside, of NORDIC WIND, which was carried in slightly by CHISANYAMA (AUS). Shortly thereafter FRENNI clipped the heels of NORDIC WIND when NORDIC WIND was tightened for galloping room between CHISANYAMA (AUS) and NINA KATRINA. An Inquiry will be opened into this incident. OCEAN'S SWELL and SUBLIME LADY were selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: ELUSIVE STARS - returned not striding out behind.
