QUEEN DELTA was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. TRULY JULIA and WINGED WONDER made contact shortly after the start, resulting in WINGED WONDER being slow into stride. DELLAVERA and CHAPEL HOUSE made contact shortly after the start, resulting in DELLAVERA being slow into stride. BUUURRN over-raced in the early stages. Apprentice Ngcobo reported that he felt something amiss with BUUURRN in the latter stages. DELLAVERA over-raced in the early stages and thereafter compounded in the latter stages. Jockey Jacobson signed an Admission of Guilt for a Warning for a contravention in that he rode DELLAVERA in an unprofessional manner by dropping his crop at approximately the 300 metre mark. LADY LINDA was switched out off the inside running rail, to obtain a clear run near the 800 metre mark. Thereafter QUEEN DELTA and LADY LINDA brushed on a number of occasions. HAVANA MISS took no interest in running. Jockey Nyawo signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined for a contravention in that, as the rider of WINGED WONDER, he could not weigh out within 0.5kg of the carded weight which necessitated in a late change of rider. Vet: BUUURRN and HAVANA MISS - not striding out left fore. CHAPEL HOUSE - coughing. CHESTNUT JEWEL - overreached left fore.
