The start of this Race was delayed due to the 30 minute interval TAMARIND and CARTER were restless in the stalls. MIGHTY MANZI and ACES UNITED (AUS) lost 1 length. TAMARIND was hanging out in the concluding stages. Jockey Marwing reported that the saddle on GASOLINE (AUS) slipped back in running. Jockey Maujean reported that CARTER did not stride out freely in running. THRUST was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. ACES UNITED (AUS) raced equipped with a tracheostomy. Vet: ACES UNITED (AUS) and CARTER - abnormal respiratory noise. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked and their identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed.
