PATENT OF NOBILITY was slow away and lost 3 lengths. In view of the Starter's report, Trainer Paddock was advised to re-school PATENT OF NOBILITY in the starting stalls "to jump on terms" prior to racing again. ZEN AND NOW eased off the heels of GAUTENG (ARG) passing the 1700 metre mark. Jockey Danielson was brought before the Board and shown the patrol films of this incident and advised to take more care when shifting ground in future. Jockey Agrella reported that GLAM I AM refused to raise a gallop. Trainer Greeff was requested to monitor LALALOOPSY over the next 48 hours and report back to the Stipendiary Board anything untoward found. MY CELEBRATION was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: MY CELEBRATION - cut into right hind. GLAM I AM - checked post race, nothing obvious detected. AIR BELLE - abnormal respiratory noise.
