ESPERANZA FIRE and QUEEN'S CREST both lost 1 length. Jockey Delpech, the rider of ZINZARA, was fined by the Starter for the use of abusive language towards the starting staff. ELUSIVENCHANTMENT was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. CROWN HERITAGE raced green and was hanging in badly throughout. Thereafter CROWN HERITAGE ducked in sharply at the 900 metre mark carrying INVESTITURE inwards. ESPERANZA FIRE and RUNWAY both raced green. Jockey Cormack reported that MASKED GIRL was not striding out freely in the latter stages. Jockey Taylor reported that QUEENSVILLE was changing legs continuously in the latter stages. Apprentice Ngwane signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined for a contravention in that, as the rider of KINGSVIEW, he failed to ensure that when riding in this race over a straight course that he kept straight, parallel to the running rail and relative to his drawn position until a point not less than 200 metres from the start as indicated by the marker. CROWN HERITAGE raced fitted with pacifiers. The change of Ownership of KINGSVIEW should read: Mrs Lindy Dickinson & TMR Syndicate (Nom : Mrs T A Mitchley); the Colours are: blue and pink quartered, blue sleeves, quartered cap, blue peak. Vet: MASKED GIRL - not striding out left fore. QUEENSVILLE - nothing obvious detected. Scratched: GET EVEN - elevated temperature.
