ROY'S AMAZING ASH broke open the front gates and was then taken out of the stalls, checked by the Veterinary Surgeon and reloaded. PROTEA POWER was restless in the stalls. Broke open the front gates and was taken out of the stalls, checked by the Veterinary Surgeon and reloaded. BONDI BABE reared in the stalls. DING DING jumped in awkwardly becoming unbalanced and was slow into stride. ZINGANA, STARCRAFT PRINCE and BONDI BABE were all slow into stride. ROY'S WONDER lost 1 length. STARCRAFT PRINCE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. In view of the performances of SONGOFFIREANDICE, DING DING, ROY'S WONDER and MULLINS MODEL, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding and these fillies. Vet: SONGOFFIREANDICE and MULLINS MODEL - nothing obvious detected. DING DING - not striding out left fore. ROY'S WONDER - respiratory noise. Scratched: MARINE DRIVE - injured eye. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed.
