AUDITORIUM was fractious and reared in the stalls. AUDITORIUM was taken out of the stalls, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon, declared fit to race and was reloaded, causing a delay. Trainer Puller will be advised that this gelding's starting stall certificate has been withdrawn, and he will be required to present the gelding on a race day with company to be repassed. TWENTY FOUR CARAT became restless in the stalls and had to be taken out, and then reloaded. Trainer Marshall will be advised to have this gelding re-schooled before its next engagement. Jockey Smitsdorff was charged with a contravention in that he rode the horse JEREMY in an unprofessional manner by dropping his crop at the 400m. Jockey Smitsdorff signed an Admission of Guilt for the penalty of a Warning. PERCIVAL was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
