SHEZALEADER was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer Bosch was questioned with regard to the improved performance of SHEZALEADER, the winner today, compared to this filly's previous run on the 20 December 2015. Mr Bosch could offer no explanation and stated that he was disappointed with the previous run. His attention was drawn to the Rules pertaining to in and out running of horses. Jockey Randolph reported that he felt something amiss with RED HEART in running and as a result he did not persevere with his ride in the latter stages. He further reported that this filly coughed post race. Jockey Sturgeon reported that LOVE CONQUERS ALL was changing legs in running. Jockey Delpech reported that DEEP DOWN REBEL was not striding out freely in running. LOVE CONQUERS ALL raced unshod behind. Vet: RED HEART - not striding out right fore and abnormal respiratory noise. LOVE CONQUERS ALL and DEEP DOWN REBEL - nothing obvious detected.
