KATCH flyjumped leaving the stalls. ELEN LUYDDOG and MADAM ALEXIS came together and bumped shortly after the start. NORTHERN HORIZONS was hanging in throughout and proved difficult to assist. In view of this report, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. DANIELLE was cramped for galloping room leaving the 400m. NORTHERN HORIZONS had to steady leaving the 300m off the heels of OUTA MY WAY, which shifted in sharply. Jockey Brown was charged with a contravention in that he, as the rider of OUTA MY WAY, failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to NORTHERN HORIZONS leaving the 300m. Jockey Brown signed an Admission of Guilt and a penalty of a Warning was imposed. In view of the performance of SECOND BITE, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this mare. LADY THISTLE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. ELEN LUYDDOG raced equipped with cheek pieces. DANIELLE raced without a tongue tie. Vet: NORTHERN HORIZONS - not striding out left front. SECOND BITE - not striding out right hind. DANIELLE - abnormal respiratory noise. Scratched: LADY JUSTICE - not striding out. IT'SGOTTOBEME - not striding out. both front. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked and their identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed.
