RICHARD PARKER reared at the start, dislodged Jockey Khathi. RICHARD PARKER did not parade, Trainer Smith was advised to re-school RICHARD PARKER on course on a race day to parade and proceed to the start to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Board, prior to racing again. RICHARD PARKER reared as the start was effected and dislodged Jockey Khathi. A race review was called into the start and after reviewing the patrol film the Board was satisfied that RICHARD PARKER was correctly installed and was a runner. RICHARD PARKER's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and is to be recertified tractable on a race day prior to racing again. Jockey Vlooh reported that he felt something amiss with PACYANO in the running. Apprentice Munger reported that he felt something amiss with REBEL'S RANSOM in the running. Jockey Minnie reported that SPANISH KING coughed post race. Jockey Zechner reported that ARCSIGN was not striding out in the running. FASHION SCOUT was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Jockey Khumalo signed an Admission of Guilt and was given a Warning for a contravention in that he rode the horse FASHION SCOUT in an unprofessional manner by dropping his crop at approximately the 100 metre mark. Vet: PACYANO and REBEL'S RANSOM - not striding out. PEREGRINE KING and SPANISH KING - coughed post race. SLEWSGATE - abnormal respiratory noise. ARCSIGN - lame left fore. Scratched: I WILL BE and HAWKSWORTH - no jockey available.
