RABADA was reluctant to load and had to be hooded. Trainer Azzie will be advised to have this colt re-schooled before its next engagement. LIEGE was reluctant to load. Trainer Tarry will be advised to have this colt re-schooled before its next engagement. In view of the performance from RABADA and MOOGHAMIR (AUS), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these colts on their return to the unsaddling enclosure and submit a report. A tiring SOLAR NIGHT steadied off the heels of LIEGE, which shifted out at about the 450m. Jockey Lerena appeared before the Board and was spoken to regarding the use of his crop forward of the saddle. BLACK ARTHUR and MARINARESCO were selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Jockey Lerena rode STAR CHESTNUT. This change was made in due time with Stewards permission and the mutual consent of all the connections. Vet: RABADA - inspected post race and no obvious abnormalities were detected. MOOGHAMIR (AUS) - returned making an abnormal respiratory noise. Scratched: BARITONE - not eating up.
