TOBESURETOBESURE reared in the stalls as the start was effected, dislodging Jockey Wrogemann. RUBY RUBY and LEAH'S LITTLE LUV lost 1 length. SEATTLE FAIRY lost 2 lengths. Jockey Wrogemann was dislodged from TOBESURETOBESURE shortly after the start, which jumped awkwardly. The Stipendiary Board called a race review into the start of this race and established that TOBESURETOBESURE, in stall gate number 14, reared as the start was effected and was restrained by the handler allocated to it. The Board ruled that this mare had been restrained by the handler and was therefore declared a non-runner. ELUSIVE SPIRIT was awkwardly placed at approximately the 300m on the inside of INDZABA. SISTERS OF MERCY was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: MATSURI - coughing. SUSQUEHANNA - wound inside left thigh. Scratched: TOBESURETOBESURE - declared a non-runner. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked and their identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed. Several Jockeys and Apprentices were selected for breathalyser tests and the taking of urine samples for analysis.
