FIRING QUEEN was slow away lost 2 lengths. MISS LECTURE and REVEALED were slow away and lost 1 length each. The start was delayed due to the withdrawal of CHESTEVIN by the Course Veterinary Surgeon. Jockey Gould reported that he felt something amiss with REVEALED in the running. Jockey Minnie reported that VADE MECUM coughed post race, the Course Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. AGTERSKOT was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: WINTER ROSE - not striding out right hind. REVEALED - cast left fore shoe. AGTERSKOT - speedy cut left fore inner fetlock, cut into left fore cranial cannon bone. VADE MECUM - checked post race, nothing obvious detected. FLIGHTOFTHEFALCON - abnormal respiratory noise. Scratched: CHESTEVIN - lame left front and was withdrawn by the Course Veterinary Surgeon.
