FERRERO ROCHA (AUS) jumped outwards awkwardly losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. Jockey Andrews reported that SAVA SUNSET did not stride our freely in running. Jockey Fayd'Herbe reported that he felt something amiss with FERRERO ROCHA (AUS) in running. FLYING PEG and SQUIDDLY DIDDLY were hanging out in the straight. SABRINA FAIR pulled hard in the early stages, difficult to settle and was hanging in, in the straight. The Board reviewed the patrol film of WAFIQAH's previous run on 22/12/2015 and noted that this filly had hung out on the bend and was difficult to assist, which resulted in her racing very wide throughout and tired in the latter stages. The Board have adjourned to question Trainer Hodgson. WAFIQAH was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. WAFIQAH raced fitted with a tongue tie. Apprentice May rode FLYING PEG. The Club's Medical Officer stood down Jockey Behr on medical grounds. Apprentice van der Hoven rode MRS GRAY. The Club's Medical Officer stood down Jockey Dillon on medical grounds. Vet: SAVA SUNSET - returned not striding out behind. FERRERO ROCHA (AUS) - returned not striding out both fore. LA FLAMBEE - returned coughing. Scratched: STOCKADE - bruised foot. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure.
