The start of this Race was delayed due to the 30-minute interval. CELTIC LEGEND was slow into stride. KWINTA, which shifted out, and TIGER'S TOUCH (AUS), which shifted in shortly before the finish line, came together and bumped. A member of the Stipendiary Board called a race review into this incident and after reviewing the patrol films from the various angles it was decided to take no further action. Jockey Maujean reported that CLOSE RELATIVE did not stride out freely in running. KWINTA, TIGER'S TOUCH (AUS), SEVENTH HEART and BE MINE TONIGHT were selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: CLOSE RELATIVE - not striding out left front.
