DUNHAM became restless in the stalls and had to be taken out. The Veterinary Surgeon examined the gelding and declared him fit to race. Trainer Bass will be advised that to have this gelding re-schooled before his next engagement. TIGER TOPS and ONE AWAY were hanging out from the 400m. Jockey Domeyer reported that GLENTON was changing stride continually in running. CHROME BLUE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: GLENTON - returned cut into on left hind and was not striding out. DUNHAM - examined post race and no obvious abnormalities were detected. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure.
