CAROLINA SKY dropped her head down as the start was effected, then jumped awkwardly losing three lengths, thereafter was slow into stride. SUNSHINE LADY and BARBARA ANNE were restless in the stalls. The Board reviewed the start of this race regarding CAROLINA SKY in stall gate 8, and after reviewing the patrol films from various angles was satisfied that the filly had not been impeded and declared the filly to be a runner. Apprentice van der Hoven reported that TRIPPVILIA did not stride out freely in running. SUNSHINE LADY was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: TRIPPVILIA - returned not striding out both fore.
