MAD PUSHPA was restless in the stalls. Unloaded, checked by the Veterinary Surgeon and re-loaded. PEACE AGAIN reared over in the stalls and was injured. QUEEN'S ADVANCE and MATER FAMILIAS lost 1 length. MISSMASALA and ALPINE RIDGE were selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. MAD PUSHPA was pulling hard in the early stages, difficult to restrain and thereafter compounded in the latter stages. MATER FAMILIAS was changing legs continuously in running. Jockey de Melo reported that MISS TEE was not striding out freely in the latter stages. In view of the Starter's report concerning PEACE AGAIN, the starting stall certificate for this filly has been withdrawn until recertified tractable with a companion. QUEEN'S ADVANCE raced fitted with pacifiers. The Medical Officer reported that Apprentice Godden was injured in the stalls and stood down. Vet: MATER FAMILIAS and MAD PUSHPA - nothing obvious detected. MISS TEE - not striding out right hind. Scratched: PEACE AGAIN - injured in stalls and was withdrawn by the Veterinary Surgeon.
