CATSIDE SLEW cast the left fore shoe on the way to the start, which the farrier replaced. SPIRIT OF HAMILTON, which was restless in the stalls, jumped awkwardly losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. TIGER TIGER was reluctant to load. SHEER TROUBLE eased off the heels of CATKIN, which was carried in slightly by TIGER TIGER shortly after the start. Jockey Dillon, the rider of TIGER TIGER, appeared before the Board regarding this incident and was advised to ensure he is sufficiently clear of other runners when shifting ground in races. TIGER TIGER was awkwardly placed on the heels of NOTTINGHAMSHIRE, which was hanging out from the 300m. NOTTINGHAMSHIRE eased off the heels of CATKIN in the concluding stages. SHEER TROUBLE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Scratched: BLACKMORE - coughing. SPACE LAUNCH - Stewards permission, entered for PE Feature Race.
