FOREST VIEW was hanging in on the turn. JUST TOO EARLY was hanging in over the final 300 metres shifted inwards passing the 200 metre mark and HAWKSWORTH was switched outwards from this movement. Stable Employee E Spies called for a race review into this incident and a Stipendiary Steward lodged an Objection on behalf of the 2nd placed horse HAWKSWORTH against JUST TOO EARLY on the grounds of interference and taking up the running of the 2nd placed horse. After reviewing the patrol films of this incident and hearing evidence from the parties concerned the Objection Board overruled the Objection and the Judge's placings stood. JUST TOO EARLY was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. TIBET raced with a tongue tie. Vet: BALLETOME - broke right side bottom tooth. Scratched: NO QUESTION - no suitable jockey available. VERLAINE - short in front, uneven behind and was withdrawn by the Course Veterinary Surgeon at the start. The Course Farrier on duty reported that the shoes of all the runners engaged at today's race meeting were checked and confirmed with the rules. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations conformed.
