Jockey Marcus did not ride at today's meeting (medically indisposed). Jockey Delpech did not ride in Races 5 & 6 at today's meeting. The Medical Officer reported that Apprentice Hewitson was examined prior to the first race and stood down due to an injury to left wrist. SILVERSUZI lost 1 length. TOPOGRAPHY was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. DON'TSTOPTHEPARTY over-raced in the early stages. MERRY CHASE over-raced in the early and middle stages. NEWTONS LADY was hanging out on the latter part of the bend. Jockey Lerena reported that DON'TSTOPTHEPARTY was not striding out freely in running. Apprentice Ngwane reported that POCAHONTAS GIRL took no interest in running. DON'TSTOPTHEPARTY returned post race having cast the right fore shoe. Vet: POCAHONTAS GIRL - nothing obvious detected.
