CARLIN and GOLD CHEST were both slow into stride. NUNTIUS stumbled leaving the stalls and thereafter was slow into stride. TOO COOL lost 1 length. DYNAMIC FORCE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Due to the performances of CARLIN and NEVER AGAIN, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these geldings. NUNTIUS was hanging out, shifted out carrying ESCOVITCH outwards slightly between the 350 and 300 metre marks. Thereafter ESCOVITCH was hanging in badly on to the heels of NUNTIUS. ESCOVITCH did not race fitted with cheek-pieces and raced fitted with blinkers. Vet: CARLIN and NEVER AGAIN - nothing obvious detected. Scratched: MASTER OFTHE HUNT - lame right hind. PRINCESS IDA - not eating up.
