LADY TORERA jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls. Jockey Khumalo reported that REGAL ROSE changed stride continually in running. Shortly after the start QUEEN OF ARTS and LAVENDER GIRL were awkwardly placed between DUKES DIME and LAKAHAL, which jumped out. DUKES DIME cast its right front shoe in running. RIVERINE FOREST was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. PLAY DATE raced in Club colours with the Stewards permission. Vet: DUKES DIME - coughing. REGAL ROSE - examined post race, no significant findings. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked and their identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed.
